Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team, offering a salary of $80,000-$100,000/year based on experience, with relocation assistance available. The role involves:
- Conducting patient evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Implementing therapeutic interventions and maintaining accurate documentation using Raintree.
- Educating patients and families on rehabilitation processes and monitoring progress.
- Staying updated on best practices through professional development.
