Job Overview

We are seeking an Enterprise Global Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangalore or Chennai. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 5 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will work in a high-energy environment driving sales of CX automation platforms and CCaaS solutions, and will play a pivotal role in partner acquisition in the enterprise domain.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in CX Automation platforms Enterprise Global Sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in CCaaS solutions Enterprise Global Sales (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong ability in Partner Acquisition Enterprise (Mandatory skill).
  • Profound knowledge in SaaS Sales processes and strategies.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in enterprise communication strategies.
  • Capability in Partner Selling Enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of omnichannel communication solutions and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive sales and partnerships.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand Twixor’s customer base globally.
  • Drive the sales of CX Automation platforms and CCaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Lead the acquisition of strategic partners and foster strong, enduring relationships.
  • Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and growth in the enterprise sector.
  • Identify emerging market trends and customer needs to inform product strategies.
  • Utilize enterprise communication strategies to boost engagement with prospective clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on the industry trends to position Twixor as a leading provider of communication solutions.
  • Present sales and partnership performance reports to the executive management.

Work Location: Bangalore/ Chennai
