we are seeking a Junior-level Senior Architect specializing in Project Management. The position is based in Bangalore Urban and is a full-time role requiring a maximum of 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in architectural design and project management, with a focus on delivering exceptional client communication and engagement.

Qualifications And Skills

• Expertise in project management, ensuring projects are completed on time and within quality standards (Mandatory skill).
• Proven ability to create detailed architectural designs that meet both client requirements and building standards (Mandatory skill).
• Exceptional client communication skills to manage expectations and deliver comprehensive project updates (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge of construction planning processes, ensuring seamless project progression from design to implementation.
• Experience in budgeting to manage expenses and maintain project profitability while adhering to financial constraints.
• Effective team leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams towards achieving shared objectives.
• Understanding of building codes and regulations to ensure all designs comply with legal standards and safety requirements.
• Competence in site supervision to oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to architectural plans and timelines.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural projects from inception through to completion, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Engage and communicate with clients effectively, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.
• Develop and refine architectural concepts, ensuring they align with client visions and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee project budgeting and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with construction teams and contractors to ensure project delivery is on schedule and according to plan.
• Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects, fostering a collaborative and productive workplace.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify that construction adheres to architectural designs and safety regulations.
