- Develop and execute strategic plans for the department.

The Successful Applicant
A successful marketing professional should have:
- A strong educational background in pharma or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in marketing and agency roles within the life science industry.
- 10-12 years of experience is needed (largely marketing but sales 1-2 years a good to have)
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Solid knowledge of the medical equipment and technology sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach and a strong desire to succeed.
