What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and corporate HR to align recruiting strategies with organizational needs
  • Utilize various communication methods to engage with candidates, ensuring timely follow-ups and support
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and monitor effective recruiting campaigns
  • Provide hiring managers with routine reports on hiring and applicant flow metrics

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Associates Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in human resources recruiting, preferably in a hospital healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting processes and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for recruiting events and in-person meetings

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Certification such as CHCR, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
  • Experience with developing recruitment plans and strategies
  • Familiarity with using various media for recruiting campaigns
