The Mission

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Payroll Lead to join our growing Accounting team. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for optimizing payroll operations. You will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing while contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the organization.

Your Assignment

  • Oversee payroll processing for the US region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage 401(k) benefits and related compliance tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and laws.
  • Collaborate closely with HR and Finance teams to align payroll practices with organizational goals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and integrate emerging payroll technologies into workflows.
  • Analyze payroll data to provide actionable insights for financial planning and decision-making.
  • Lead payroll audits, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records through data-driven analysis.

Your Qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in payroll operations, accounting or other related fields.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience with Rippling HRIS.
  • Knowledge of multi-state compliance and regulations.
  • Understanding of U.S. benefits and compliance requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Human Resources
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset.
  • A passion for continuous improvement in payroll systems and processes.
  • A dedication to accuracy and compliance in all payroll-related tasks.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) a plus
