Business Analyst (Hybrid)

Role Overview

A business analyst is a self-driven individual who assesses the business processes in the organization and connects various departments with the IT sector. A business analyst is responsible for the implementation of process, tools and figuring out business issues and finding technical solutions for the same.

While analyzing current operational processes; assessment & designing or redesigning of these processes to drive significant improvements in productivity, quality and service and working closely with business stakeholders and technical team to specify and deliver new/enhanced processes.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Overall 10+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in analytics, development and managed services environment
  • BA background with sound knowledge of BA techniques and experienced to create standard BA artefacts.
  • Must have experience in UML diagrams as a business analyst and a good understanding of how to apply UML modelling language or how to write use cases:
  • Use Case Diagram.
  • Activity Diagram.
  • State Machine Diagram.
  • Sequence Diagram.
  • Communication Diagram.
  • Interaction Overview Diagram.
  • Timing Diagram.
  • High proficiency in customer management
  • Proven analytical abilities
  • Experience in generating process documentation and reports
  • Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Passion for analyzing problems designing creative solutions in the form of process design and automation, driving continuous performance improvement.
  • Comfortable with and effective using MS Office applications including Visio.
  • Close attention to detail and accuracy
  • Deadline driven and result oriented.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to interact with a diverse business user community and changing environment; comfortable with and excited about being part of the driving force behind change management.
