Job Purpose
Design and implement assigned products strategy and marketing plans, and manage all related marketing activities with the aim to drive sales and increase brands visibility for Cipla in Morocco
Responsibilities
- Provide customized marketing support for the country to achieve business growth and sales targets.
- Devise the budgeting and targeting plan for the country to ensure control of spending on marketing/logistics within budget.
- Plan, drive, and execute annual marketing and branding initiatives to ensure the execution of activities against the plan.
- Organize company-owned events and coordinate participation in industry-organized events and conferences to ensure the company’s visibility and KOL service across these events.
- Gather and analyze internal sales data and external market intelligence data to understand competitor strategies, global developments, and regional market dynamics, thereby identifying partner and customer needs.
- Conduct training for internal customers to drive motivation and reward top performers, and for partners to build the Cipla brand.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA in Marketing (Preferred).
Relevant Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of extensive pharma marketing experience.
- Product/marketing experience across multiple specialties/therapy areas is preferred
