Project Director (fixed term contract)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Digital Wealth Platform, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including various workstreams, vendors, and internal IT resources.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, address challenges, and manage expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including performance reviews and mentorship.
  • Monitor and report on the project’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall success metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology implementation in the financial services sector.
  • Proven experience managing complex, large-scale digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management processes and related technologies.
