Opportunity Details

• Daily Schedule: Full Time (4-5 days/week) available! (No Nights or Weekends)
• Compensation: We offer a daily guarantee during your initial credentialling period. After your ramp up period, you will earn a competitive compensation based on your performance. We are focused on patient care over production metrics but understand that you deserve to be well-compensated for your hard work. (Commiserate with experience, 30-35% of your personal Collections.)

Qualifications

• You should have a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• A valid & active Ohio dental license that is in good standing.
• A passion for providing comprehensive and quality dentistry.
• Commitment to excellence & providing exceptional patient care.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Experience with Endodontics, and Implant Restorations & Placements a plus!
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth
