Description Company Details
We are looking for an experienced Front Office Assistant to join our team. Radisson Blu St. Helen’s Hotel prides itself on delivering an exceptional guest experience, every time. As the first point of contact, the Front Office Team work closely with the Operations, Sales, and Reservations teams to ensure that we achieve this level of guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the guest experience is delivered consistently
- Maximize revenue through efficient upselling
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out, bookings and general queries.
- Make reservations and enter information into Opera as necessary
The Candidate
- Experience in a busy hotel Front Office department or similar an advantage
- Knowledge of Opera is preferable but not essential
- Strong communication and listening skills
