About the Role
As an HR Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our people and operations team, ensuring smooth HR processes that keep our team thriving. From finding the best talent to fostering an exceptional workplace experience, you’ll be the glue that holds our people-first culture together.
What You’ll Do
- Recruitment Support: Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.
- Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage contracts, onboarding logistics, and ensure smooth transitions for new and departing employees.
- Freelancer Coordination: Oversee timesheets, attendance, and payment processes.
- HR Operations: Assist with visa processing, insurance coverage, and compliance with HR policies.
- Culture & Collaboration: Work closely with the office manager and IT team to create a welcoming and productive environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate employee records and handle daily HR support activities.
