Overview
- You’ll lay the groundwork and contribute to day-to-day reporting needs for client marketing efforts, specifically focusing on website analytics
- Work in a variety of reporting systems and databases for the creation of recurring reports and dashboards. Supporting ad hoc requests, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Interpret data and help to identify nuances, trends, or issues in order to optimize our clients’ business
- Opportunity to support marketing initiatives across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement and/or testing plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of work experience in a marketing and/or data driven environment
- Passion for data discovery, eagerness to learn in a constantly-changing space, and a natural curiosity
- Familiarity with Excel (formulas/pivots), experience with other data analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics, SQL, Tableau/ Power BI, or Python a plus
- Comfortable in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail is a must

Compensation Range: $54,900 – $99,820 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off. The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 3/21/25.
