Position Summary

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality Power BI reports and dashboards to support key business decisions. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization techniques. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent work experience is required. Graduate degree in a related or supporting field is preferred.

A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Data Analytics and reporting in banking or a similar industry

Proven experience developing reports in a business intelligence tool (Power BI preferred)

Experience working with large datasets and relational databases

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to efficiently present data findings and recommendations to executive management.

Essential Duties

Design and develop robust and user-friendly Power BI datasets and reports, including data transformation, modeling, and DAX scripting.

Manage and maintain data sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.

Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into effective data visualizations.

Administer Power BI workspaces, user access, and data refresh schedules.

Train and support end-users on the effective use of Power BI dashboards and reports.

Advocate for the adoption and best practices of Power BI within the organization.

Stay current with the latest advancements in Power BI and data visualization technologies.

Familiarity with ETL processes.

Experience managing projects independently.
