Key tasks and responsibilities for care and accommodation providers include:
- The provision of high-quality standards of care and accommodation
- emotional and physical support, aimed at encouraging the full potential of each young person
- ensuring that our young people are kept safe from harm and abuse
- working with the club and those with parental responsibility to promote wellbeing
- to work alongside academy staff in evaluating the impact of the care and accommodation provision on you and your family
- developing skills required for the role and to complete a mandatory care and accommodation training framework as required
- being able to accommodate the young person’s flexible schedule throughout the year
For this role, Norwich City Academy are seeking people who possess empathetic and caring qualities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills; people who can remain non-judgemental, inclusive, and respectful towards all individuals whilst remaining calm and patient when responding to children and young people’s behaviour.
Care and Accommodation Providers will be offered a one-year contract, on an annual rolling basis. We are also interested in receiving applications from those willing and suitable to provide accommodation on a temporary basis e.g. holiday cover.

Requirements
- Offer suitable accommodation
- Be over the age of 25
- Have British citizenship or indefinite leave to remain in the UK
- Meet our DBS requirements

Wymondham, Hethersett, Little Melton, Colney, Cringleford and Eaton.
