Rockstar is on the lookout for talented Program Manager to lead our platform partnerships efforts, driving strategic collaborations with major platform holders (e.g., Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo), emerging platforms (e.g., cloud gaming services) and internal publishing and platform teams. You’ll focus on developing and executing partnership strategies that expand our reach, enhance our games, and drive business growth. This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan.

What We Do

  • The Rockstar Games Commerce team generates, manages, and execute strategic partnerships and related opportunities across the gaming, technology, telecommunications, and related industries in support of Rockstar Games strategic objectives worldwide.
  • We collaborate across cross-functional teams (Publishing, Product, Legal, etc.) to shepherd potential partnership opportunities through complex technical, legal, and commercial considerations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement partnership initiatives, focusing on platform integrations, co-marketing efforts, and joint business planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and partnership performance data to identify opportunities for growth and optimize partnership strategies.
  • Oversee project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery and ROI.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders, shaping business decisions and partnership strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, partnership development, or a related field, preferably in the gaming or digital entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnerships, driving business growth, and enhancing platform relationships.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with data analytics tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity.

PLUSES

  • MBA or related graduate degree.
  • Knowledge of platform policies and guidelines (e.g., Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and SQL.

The pay range for this position in New York State (inclusive of New York City) at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

$102,900—$137,200 USD
