About The Role

The Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in fostering employee growth and enhancing organizational performance. This position focuses on designing, implementing, and coordinating comprehensive training programs and leadership development initiatives. This role is essential in creating a supportive and efficient training environment that contributes to the overall success and resilience of the organization.

Essential Functions

  • Design and implement training and development programs.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills gaps and training requirements.
  • Regularly facilitate training sessions, and workshops.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs.
  • Collaborate with management to align training goals with organizational objectives.
  • Support management development through a hands-on approach aimed at enhancing their leadership skills, fostering a culture that embodies the company’s core values, and contributing to the achievement of departmental objectives.
  • Assist in enhancing performance management by collaborating closely with management to elevate productivity and performance through the creation and implementation of training resources and support in areas improvement. Additionally, aid in the 90-day performance evaluation process.
  • Develop new hire training materials, document them, and track for continuous education deadlines.
  • Coordinate and schedule training programs with external educational institutions and vendors.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal standards.
  • Provide support in any general HR related tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate and manage multiple training programs aligned with business objectives and workforce development strategies.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and a passion for implementing engaging, learner-centric training solutions.
  • Adept at using learning management systems (LMS), web-based delivery tools, and innovative technology to create scalable training experiences.
  • Proven expertise in executing full training cycles, including needs assessment, design, delivery, evaluation, and iterative improvement.
  • Familiarity with both traditional and cutting-edge training methods, incorporating gamification, experiential learning, and e-learning platforms.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and the ability to leverage collaborative platforms to drive training initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities to juggle competing priorities, deliver on deadlines, and adapt in a dynamic, evolving business landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse teams and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Education And Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED. – Required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
