Job Description
Content Marketing Manager to lead and manage our Content Department. This
senior role is critical in shaping the voice and tone of AHCA across all digital
platforms.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in content creation, editing, and
proofreading, with a strong ability to develop engaging content structures for landing
pages and other web projects.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing all content requirements, ensuring
consistency, quality, and alignment with our brand values. As the Content Head, you
will manage a dedicated team of content creators and strategists, driving the content
agenda to support AHCA’s growth and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy and Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns
with AHCA’s goals and objectives.
- Create content calendars and manage the content production schedule
to ensure timely delivery of all projects.
- Lead the Content Department, providing direction, mentorship, and
support to team members.
- Department Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Content Department, ensuring
efficient workflow and high standards of quality.
- Recruit, train, and develop content team members, fostering a
collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively.
- Content Creation and Oversight:
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various platforms
including websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, email
campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Ensure all content is engaging, informative, and optimized for SEO.
- Develop content structures and templates for landing pages and other
key areas of the website.
- Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute content marketing campaigns that drive traffic,
engagement, and conversions.
- Identify and leverage content marketing opportunities across various
digital platforms.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine content marketing strategies and
tactics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and development teams to
ensure content is integrated effectively into all digital projects.
- Coordinate with external freelancers and agencies as needed.
- Work closely with other departments to align content initiatives with
overall business objectives.
- Content Analysis and Improvement:
- Monitor and analyze content performance using various metrics and
tools.
- Continuously improve content based on analytics, feedback, and
industry trends.
- Stay updated with the latest content marketing best practices and
technologies.
- Brand Consistency and Compliance:
- Ensure all content adheres to AHCA’s brand guidelines and tone of
voice.
- Maintain consistency in style, quality, and messaging across all
content.
Qualifications
? Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a
related field.
? Minimum of 7 years of experience in content writing, editing, and
proofreading.
? Proven experience in developing content structures and writing for landing
pages.
? Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
? Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
? Experience in content management systems (CMS) and digital analytics tools.
? Experience in the healthcare or education sector is a plus.
