- Min 5 years of experience in business analyst, business development, or commercial roles, preferably within the logistic, delivery service, and technology ecosystem.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills based on data analysis, to deliver valuable business insights.
- Able to communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, while securing buy-in for key initiatives.

- Defining and executing the commercial growth strategy for the Customer App Channel.
- Examine market trends and customer data to generate insights that inform business strategies.
- Develop product strategies and initiatives aimed at enhancing branding, community, market fitness, and revenue.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report the performance of implemented initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, making sure the executions run seamlessly.
- Directly involved in various initiatives such as events, research, promotions, partnerships, and process improvements.
