We are looking for someone to #JoinUs as a Performance and Resource Officer in our Estates & Facilities Department. Could you be who we are looking for?
About The Team/Department You Will Be Joining
Located at our Police Headquarters, Bridgend.
The successful candidate will assist with property asset management, working with a team of dedicated individuals, covering all aspects of Estates & Facilities works.
About The Role And Your Key Responsibilities
An opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Estates Officer at our Bridgend Police Headquarters site, albeit covering all the South Wales Police geographic area. The successful person will assist the property team with sales, acquisitions, leases and licences as well as managing site maintenance projects.
What skills and experience do we need you to bring to the role:
The successful candidate –
Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Must possess site management and quality control skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in an Estates environment
- Experience managing projects
A current valid driving licence is essential to enable travel within the South Wales Police area and property portfolio
Please note the successful candidate must be willing to undergo vetting to the required level RV.
