Role Overview: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will serve as a strategic partner to our leadership team, providing expert HR guidance and support. The ideal candidate will have experience in the crypto/blockchain industry and proficiency in both Mandarin and English.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Develop and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular HR metrics and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Assist with other projects as assigned

Key Requirements:

  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in the crypto/blockchain industry.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
  • HR Expertise: Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability: Able to handle stress and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and leadership.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP).
