We’re searching for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Medirite Helderberg! In this role, you will be tasked with leading a team and ensuring that the pharmacy operates seamlessly and efficiently.

- Marketing campaigns
MANAGEMENT
- Operational work planning.
- Priority setting and scheduling of staff.
- Operational performance monitoring.
- People and enabling capacity management/Resourcing.
- Manage cross-functional relationships e.g. with Prescribers, Suppliers, Head Office, Store manager, Cash office.
- Resolve escalated operational issues.
- Budget management.
LEADERSHIP
- Developing and tutoring staff, interns, and assistants.
- Motivate and discipline the team.
