Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights.
- Create reports., dashboards and visualization to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Present actionable insights to support decision-making processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. doctors, nurses, administrators,) to understand their data needs
- Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization using data-drive approaches.
- Translate data findings into strategic recommendations to improve business performance.
Other Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring that the admin staff receive appropriate induction, orientation and training so that they possess appropriate skills and knowledge to carry out their jobs.
- Manage a group of admin staff providing admin support to the divisions doctors. He/She will conduct appraisals for these staff with inputs of the division doctors.
- Responsible for rooms and workstation allocation for the staff in the department.
Requirements:
- Degree from a recognized institution.
- 2years relevant working experience in data analysis
- Strong in data analysis tools such as Excel
- Have practical knowledge and/or experiences in process improvements and innovation.
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Analytical and with good communication skills (written & spoken).
