Job Description
We are looking for a systems enthusiast who will join our Centre of Process Excellence in Krakow, to work with us in Process and Systems Support Team. As a (Junior) Process and Systems Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting transport-related processes and ensuring efficient system operations that align with business needs.
More specifically you will:
- Provide first-line SAP system support for transport-related issues.
- Resolve incidents on time focusing on appropriate solution
- Analyze transport system problems and propose improvements in collaboration with users and IT.
- Assist operational units (e.g., Logistics, Production Planning, and Sales Offices) in resolving transport-related system issues.
- Support and train users on transport-related processes and SAP system functionalities
- Maintain and ensure the correctness of transport master data and documentation.
- Collaborate on transport-related process enhancements and system updates.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or 1 year of relevant experience).
- Experience in transport/logistics processes is appreciated and will be a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to data and processes.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- A team player with excellent communication skills
- Customer- and results-oriented with a strong focus on delivering quality service.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Good MS Office skills

We are hybrid and Flexible:
In Krakow office we work in a hybrid working model; as this position delivers high impact on-site, we expect you to be present in the office at least twice a week.
