Key Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent communication with students, parents, and school personnel to monitor progress and ensure optimal support.
• Work collaboratively with a clinical and technical team to address student challenges and deliver timely interventions.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Proficiency in employing innovative teaching strategies and resources.
• Familiarity with providing virtual therapy services is a plus.
• Access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection (Note: Chromebooks and tablets are not permitted for this role).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education.
• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Teaching License.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in educational environments.
