Job Description
We are currently looking for Sr. Contracts Administrator to be part of our Project Management Office (PMO) team, based on a large healthcare program in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will manage and oversee contractual agreements, ensuring their timely execution and the successful delivery of a portfolio of healthcare projects across Saudi Arabia. The program’s core objective is to provide consultancy services to operate the Project Management Office, facilitating the delivery of healthcare infrastructure programs and implementing streamlined processes and procedures for both ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables::
- Responsible for drafting and developing design and construction contracts, providing support in contract administration, addressing procurement-related matters, and offering expert guidance on contractual issues, including design and construction claims.
- Manage the developing team standard procedures, contract review requirements and ongoing training.
- Oversee the coordination, review, and approval process for contract documentation to ensure compliance and alignment with project requirements.
- Manage the timely and accurate administration of contracts related to the PMO.
- Develop practical and effective contract governance and administration policies, processes, procedures and work instructions for the Contract Administration.
- Set procedures to maintain detailed and organized files including audit files for each contract which will include original contract, all correspondence, changes/deviations, amendments, clarifications, and payment schedules.
- Conduct on-going training for contract administration, procurement professionals and key stakeholders on the contract administration process, policies and technologies.
- Evaluate and monitor the commercial performance of all contracts and agreements to ensure optimal delivery.
- Ensure consistency and uniformity in the procedures for the awarding and administration of contracts across projects.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fifteen (15 plus) years of experience in PMO, large capital projects and/or large programs or similar complex projects.
- University degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Strong contract clause and policy writing abilities in a contract/commercial environment including knowledge of commercial contract terms and conditions, statements of work, acceptable clause modifications and alternative fallback positions, plus advanced skill set in MS Word.
- Good communication skills, both in presentation and documentation with a good command over English.
- Proficiency in Arabic is essential.
- Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
