Join our dynamic team as an HR Coordinator, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment initiatives and enhancing the candidate experience. This 2-year temporary contract position offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility to work both onsite in Richmond, VA and remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate various recruiting activities, ensuring seamless scheduling of interviews while adhering to established protocols.
  • Act as the principal scheduling liaison for both candidates and internal teams.
  • Guide candidates through the interview process, whether in-person or virtual, to ensure a positive experience.
  • Foster and maintain productive relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and administrative personnel.
  • Handle confidential files and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Represent our organization as a brand ambassador, showcasing us as a premier employer.
  • Manage travel arrangements and facilitate communication between candidates, recruiters, and travel partners.
  • Prepare necessary materials, reports, and documents for interviews and consensus meetings.
  • Contribute to process improvements and embrace change with a constructive attitude.

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, etc.).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail with a firm commitment to confidentiality.
  • Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Suite is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Availability to work onsite three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Compensation And Benefits

  • Pay Rate: $23/hour.
