Job Summary

Responsible for processing all equipment through the Sage Asset Management System (AMS) for the calibration lab. Responsible for maintaining and updating all asset detail information as well as pricing equipment when creating new products. Scheduling pick-ups and deliveries is a critical responsibility that insures we keep our promise to the customer of providing efficient service.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist Inductions and Out-Processing Coordinator in prioritizing induction and out processing of equipment
  • Help customers who come to pick up and drop off equipment
  • Schedule daily deliveries and pick ups
  • Monitors pick up, delivery, and incoming shelves daily for stagnate equipment
  • Direct personnel in proper record keeping for assets within the AMS
  • Inform Inductions Manager of any delays with equipment
  • Continue to develop further calibration knowledge through training on the SCI Portal and externally
  • Update AMS with new part numbers, prices, nomenclature, suppliers, and contacts as needed
  • Monitor Inductions Reports hourly for status changes and issues

Requirements

Education/Training Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED and 6-months customer or administrative related experience, or an associate degree or higher.

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft word and excel
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry and transport equipment weighing up to 50lbs (assisted)
  • Bending/squatting/kneeling/stooping/crouching/walking up to 8 hours per day
