About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Trades Assistant at our Tullamarine depot to support our dynamic team working on the electrical distribution network in a construction, operations, and maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Assisting cable jointers
• Excavations for underground and overhead crews
• Study and interpret technical drawings, network line diagrams & maps.
• Undertake maintenance inspections in accordance with Client/Company Policies, Quality Systems and HSE procedures as well as statutory requirements

About You

• We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of underground cabling installation
• Drivers licence (HR Class desirable)
• Cert III Cable Installation (Desirable)
• Backhoe and/ Excavator licence (desirable)
• High Risk Work Licence – Forklift, Crane
