Database Engineer

We are looking for talented database/SQL experts for the management and analytics of large data in various enterprise projects.

Responsibilities And Qualification

• Expertise in SQL and relational database management systems
• Experience with any NoSQL Database(MongoDB/ DynamoDB/ CosmosDB/ etc)
• Good knowledge of function, view, procedure, trigger and DDL/DML/DCL/DQL
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure services like AWS/Azure/GCP
• Maintain & monitoring databases to ensure optimized performance.
• Very good knowledge of different optimization methods to tune queries
• Good to have good understanding of Data warehouse
• Experience with any Data warehouse( Snowflake/ BigQuery/ Redshift/ Synapse) would be great
• Designing and developing database architecture using various structured and unstructured data types such as text, images, audio, or video files
• Designing and creating database models based on business requirements
• Support apps teams with SQL tuning, indexing, partitioning approach to achieve read/write efficiency.
• Proven track record of designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining databases on a large scale.
• Work directly with development and infrastructure teams to enhance the performance and observability of various database services.
• Perform root cause analysis of database issues and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences
• Troubleshoot database and application issues.
• Experience with BI tool (PowerBI/ Tableau/ QuickSight/ Looker) is a plus
• Experience with Python is a plus
• Excellent listening, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
