The candidates must have 4 to 5 years of experience in HR , preferably in
generalist role.
Should be reporting to me as I lead the HR role.
Should be working collaboratively with all regions too. As Madurai and Chennai has less than 40 people only.
Must have good communication skills
Should be a tech savy
Should be settled in the specific location
Should be having 3 years kid
Willing to travel if the situation demands and it’s very less only.
Must ensure the environment runs smooth.
