The Store Executive plays a key role in the success of the store. They are responsible for managing inventory, records and dispatches. The Store Executive also handles day-to-day operations, including opening and closing the store, managing cash registers, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the store’s operations
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking
- Manage Dispatches
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze GRN reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Executive or similar role
- Knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
