Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Efficiently diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC/R equipment to minimize callbacks.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain open lines of communication with customers to build strong relationships and support their decision-making.
- Tool & Vehicle Maintenance: Keep tools in working order and maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
- Electronic Documentation: Utilize provided electronic devices for daily paperwork, including checksheets and work orders.
