Bookkeeper

As a Bookkeeper, you will help in supporting the day to day financial tasks of the company. You will have tasks involving Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, month end, and more.

Essential Functions:

• Track and record salesperson commission earnings (AR from multiple sources)
• Reconcile company credit card transactions.
• Assists in sales job maintenance.
• Create vendor invoices.
• Post cash receipts.
• Verify salesperson commission reports.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist in check deposits
• Assist in vendor/customer account research and clean up
• Back up receptionist on lunch and PTO
• Assit with Intercompany transactions
• Other duties, as assigned.
