Job Duties And Responsibilities

  • Monitoring Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all workers adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conducting Risk Assessments: Identifying potential hazards and developing strategies to mitigate them.
  • Training and Education: Providing safety training to employees and ensuring they understand proper procedures.
  • Inspecting Work Sites: Regularly inspecting the site to identify and address safety hazards.
  • Investigating Accidents: Conducting investigations to determine the causes of accidents and implementing corrective actions.
  • Implementing Safety Policies: Developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
  • Emergency Preparedness: Creating and implementing emergency response plans
  • HIRA: Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis compliance.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Qualification: Diploma Mechanical, Advance Diploma in Safety (ADIS)
  • Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Familiarity with local and state safety regulations.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring all safety measures are followed meticulously.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Quickly addressing and resolving safety issues.
