Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitoring Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all workers adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conducting Risk Assessments: Identifying potential hazards and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Training and Education: Providing safety training to employees and ensuring they understand proper procedures.
- Inspecting Work Sites: Regularly inspecting the site to identify and address safety hazards.
- Investigating Accidents: Conducting investigations to determine the causes of accidents and implementing corrective actions.
- Implementing Safety Policies: Developing and enforcing safety policies and procedures.
- Emergency Preparedness: Creating and implementing emergency response plans
- HIRA: Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis compliance.
Skills And Qualifications
- Qualification: Diploma Mechanical, Advance Diploma in Safety (ADIS)
- Knowledge of Safety Regulations: Familiarity with local and state safety regulations.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring all safety measures are followed meticulously.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Quickly addressing and resolving safety issues.
