About The Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive educational excellence and play a role in shaping the future of learning at Monash College. As a key leader within one of the College’s program streams, you will oversee consistency in teaching practices, curriculum quality and program alignment to deliver exceptional student outcomes.
In this dynamic position, you’ll lead special projects and education program priorities, including, operationalising professional development via cross-program collaboration. Serving as second in charge to the Foundation Year Director, you’ll operationalise key initiatives in professional learning, curricular upgrade or maintenance and special projects aligned to the Monash College Education Plan.

The Senior Academic Program Manager, Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY) will ensure a consistent and cohesive academic and pastoral care experience for MUFY students through leading special projects and initiatives such as FY Life, a unique pastoral care program designed to equip students with academic and social skills to navigate life as a university pathways student in Melbourne. Furthermore, they will work across a broad range of subject areas to develop consistent and effective student and teacher success interventions across a range of transformative learning, teaching excellence, belonging, curriculum and assessment innovation projects.
About You
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive educational excellence and create a culture of continuous improvement and cross-program collaboration. Your proven expertise in analysing student data and learning analytics, optimising team planning, and enhancing outcomes will be key to this role.

- Experience in transition pedagogies, ensuring teaching excellence and continuous improvement through mentoring in assessment design and feedback.
