Key Responsibilities

• Talent Sourcing: Use job boards, professional networks, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Job Posting: Draft and post engaging job descriptions on various job portals and platforms.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews and act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
• Collaboration: Assist senior recruiters in understanding hiring requirements and developing recruitment strategies.
• Candidate Engagement: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates during the hiring process.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends to identify effective sourcing channels.
• Administrative Support: Assist with onboarding and other HR-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
