Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support in ideation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns, encompassing both performance and social media initiatives.
• Assist in consolidating, updating, and analyzing marketing data to track campaign performance and optimize strategies.
• Assist with the development of marketing materials ( including social media content ), focusing on creative creation and copywriting.
• Support in social media campaigns by conducting audience research, developing content calendars, and monitoring performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or any related discipline such as Performance Marketing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Enthusiastic about social media and with a passion for staying current with the latest trends and best practices.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative suite is an added advantage.
• A creative team player with strong written and verbal communications skills
• Basic understanding of statistics and analytics is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
