Job Summary: Are you a skilled communicator with a dynamic personality to engage and interact with people? We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure our clients receive industry leading service and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with leads, clients, vendors, and staff to address inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Work directly with multiple clients on a weekly basis to compile event information.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to coordinate event logistics and ensure seamless communication
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to clients about services, pricing, and policies
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experience that exceeds their expectations
  • Achieve the highest level of customer service by practicing All Around Entertainment’s core values, which ensure a great customer experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate with colleagues across departments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

Experience level:

  • Preferred experience in customer service or administrative assistant roles
  • Detail-Oriented: Hands-on approach to gain perspective and insight.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work with a team to deliver results with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Initiative: A champion and catalyst for new initiatives, able to work across different groups and bridge functional and divisional silos.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High EQ, capable of working with diverse personalities and managerial styles.
