The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support the VP of Health Partnerships & Marketing (HPM) on our Amazon Health Services team in Seattle, Washington.

This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing a complex calendar including a high volume of external meetings, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Key job responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

  • Management of multiple complex calendars, meeting prioritization, and large scale meeting coordination
  • Coordination and planning of domestic and international travel, including organizing trip agendas and local logistics
  • Completing expense reports, and managing corporate card purchases; participation in budget planning and tracking as needed
  • Managing other core administrative activities (space planning, new-hire onboarding, team morale events)
  • Planning and coordinating team activities and events
  • Tracking and helping to drive completion of key deliverables for team and executives, following up on outstanding items
  • Having fun at work and helping others do the same

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 5+ years of Amazon experience
  • Experience with executive level calendar management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
  • High level of integrity and discretion
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
