Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team at Crosta Panels. This full-time position is based in either our Delhi or Jaipur locations. The ideal candidate will bring between 7 to 10 years of project management experience, ensuring the successful initiation, planning, execution, and closure of projects while aligning them with business goals.

  • Proven track record in risk management, identifying and mitigating potential project risks effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills to ensure all parties are well informed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Strong budget management skills, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

  • Superior time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet critical deadlines.
  • Quality assurance expertise to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and standards.
  • Team leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and lead project teams towards achieving project goals.
  • Project planning (Mandatory skill) expertise is essential for developing roadmaps and guiding project execution.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and develop strategies for exceptional scenarios.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
