  • Competence in handling civil cases, providing legal support and representation in non-criminal litigation.
  • Ability to manage cheque bounce cases innovatively, ensuring proper legal handling and resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage and negotiate with default customers to reach amicable solutions.
  • Proven track record in court practice to adeptly navigate judicial procedures and representations.

  • Initiate and conclude execution petitions to secure and enforce the company’s legal claims.
  • Collaborate with arbitration panels and facilitate closures of cases through dispute resolution methods.
  • Handle civil litigation, ensuring appropriate legal counsel and defense strategies are employed.
  • Address cheque bounce cases by executing timely and appropriate legal actions.
  • Engage with customers in default, developing recovery plans and negotiating repayment terms.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies that enhance the efficacy of legal recoveries and enforcement actions.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on legal proceedings for internal and external audit purposes.
