Job Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Senior Operation Executive to join our team at Powermax Fitness India Pvt. Ltd., located in Andheri. As a full-time role, the ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience. The Senior Operation Executive will play a crucial role in optimizing our operational processes and ensuring seamless coordination across various departments.
Qualifications And Skills
- A proven track record in supply chain management to ensure effective and efficient movement of goods within the company (Mandatory skill).
- Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive performance across multiple business units (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in coordinating with warehouses and clients to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction (Mandatory skill).
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and eliminate waste, enhancing operational productivity and efficiency.
- Expertise in process optimization to refine and streamline business processes for improved output.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate interactions with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving ability to assess and resolve operational challenges proactively and effectively.
