Role & Responsibilities
Mechanical Engineering & Project Management
i.Lead the team to perform detailed engineering of the Rotating equipment.
ii.To organize , plan, budget and schedule activities for the scope of work/ allotted project
- Review & Approve Mechanical Data Sheets and Site Drawings
- Conduct resource estimation for job/project allotted and monitor the allocated resources for the projects
- Facilitate regular meetings and communication among the various discipline leads to ensure alignment on project objectives, schedules, and deliverables
- Collaborate with other discipline leads to develop a comprehensive project plan that considers the specific requirements and inputs from each discipline
- Identify potential interdisciplinary conflicts or challenges early on and work with other leads to devise mitigation strategies
- Oversee the integration of designs from different disciplines to ensure they work cohesively together without conflicts
- Ensure proper documentation of interdisciplinary decisions, changes, and progress, and reporting to higher management and stakeholders
Education
Bachelors of Engineering/ Technology (Mechanical Preferred)
Experience
15 to 22 years of experience
