We are looking for an ambitious person with a real passion for business development and sales to build on our early successes and accelerate our sales development in Spain. You will have the opportunity to participate in the creation and sales team in Spain (sales agents/distribution partners), mainly in B2G and B2B models.
- Business Development (80%) – You have a real’hunter’s instinct’ with the ability to create interest and trust. You will BE responsible for your sales pipeline and all its stages – organising qualified meetings with key decision makers, pitching, sales proposal, negotiating and signing contracts – in order to achieve your objectives.
- Strategy Business Development (10%) – You will BE able to use your experience to co-construct and evolve the sales strategy, tools and processes in the market.
- Networking (10%) – You will develop our reputation (in Spain) in a rapidly growing ecosystem : organising events, public speaking, participating in trade shows, building a network of influencers, etc. All means are good to reinforce our legitimacy with partners and potential clients.
The position includes frequent travel to meet clients and support distributors/agents.
Beyond your experience, we are looking for a hunter and curious spirit, a desire to play a role in the energy transition, and provide concrete solutions to your clients.
You have a first successfull significant experience in business development for public infrastructures, public markets, if possible for products with disruptive technology.
You are fluent in English for trainings and exchanges with head office.
Also, you are strongly organised, result and customer service oriented with ability to work adaptability in a company with very fast-growing perspectives and context !
You effectively build your network and maintain trust with your contacts thanks to your excellent interpersonal skills.

About
Onboarding for the position will BE through our customised internal program. You will BE supported in your role for about 2 weeks through three key stages :
- Meeting all departments and business areas of the company,
- Technical discovery of the products and processes,
- Training tailored to your needs and functions.
