The primary purpose of the SAP Sales Consultant is to achieve their overall revenue goal. To achieve this goal, the SAP Sales Consultant must create a complete territory business plan that generates at least 3x their quota in pipeline opportunity. The SAP Sales Consultant is responsible for identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing & driving strategy, and increasing the company sales through lead generation which includes cold calling and cold emails in addition to supporting clients through the implementation of the SAP projects

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through networking and prospecting including cold calling and emails
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and prospects by answering their inquiries about products, prices product uses
  • Maintain continuous follow-up with prospects and arrange for meetings as required
  • Route and report qualified opportunities to the senior sales consultant for further development and closure
  • Arrange and participate in sales meetings inside and outside the company to understand customer needs and requirements
  • Prepare proposals and opportunity files for new clients
  • Ensure proper documentation of the client’s file including signed proposals, blueprints, or any essential documents related
  • Maintain clear and direct communication with the project implementation team to hand over the client’s requirements through regular meetings.
  • Support clients and project teams during the implementation of SAP to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Achieve lead generation targets set by company management.
  • Utilizing and maintaining clients’ database through a continuous update of CRM
  • Ensure continuous learning concerning the current or new SAP products.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adhere to all organizational standards
  • Other tasks required by the company.

Academic Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Business / Engineering or Technology)

Experience & Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in selling business software and IT solutions.
  • A customer relationship management course is preferable.
