We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter(Female Candidate) to join our team (Immediate Joiners preferred – local bangalore candaidates will given 1st preference )
Role type: Individual Contributor Role (IC)
Experience :8 to 15 yrs
No. Of Openings: 1
Work type : Wrok from office ( Bangalore , JP Nagar 3rd phase)
Office Timings: EST (US Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST)
Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various IT positions for US region
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
- Excellent vendor contacts to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media and referrals to identify potential candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System (Ceipal)
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 to 15 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with Corp-to-Corp requirements
- Thorough knowledge of US tax terms like W2,1099 & C2C
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
