Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis techniques to provide actionable insights, support decision-making processes, and enhance business operations. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Conduct statistical analyses and create predictive models to support business objectives.
• Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Monitor data quality and ensure the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
