We are looking for a personable and professional Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Visitors: Welcome guests with a friendly attitude, direct them to appropriate personnel, and ensure they have a positive experience.
- Answer and Route Calls: Handle a multi-line phone system, route calls to the appropriate departments, and manage inquiries professionally.
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the professionalism of the company.
- Handle Mail and Packages: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages, and coordinate outgoing shipments.
- Assist with Scheduling: Support meeting room reservations, visitor logs, and scheduling tasks.
- Administrative Support: Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
- Customer Support: Provide basic information about the company’s services and direct more complex inquiries to appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in administration or customer service is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
