Role and Responsibilities

Setting sales management goals that align with the company’s objectives and ensuring that all team members understand these goals and how they contribute to achieving them

Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and the growth plan defined by business development and branding

Defining key performance indicators for sales management based on the previously set goals

Collaborating with the finance department to determine the required sales management budget and how to coordinate it between management units. Additionally, designing processes and activities for invoicing customers

In coordination with the Human Resources department, reviewing and approving the processes and activities designed by each unit manager

Determining appropriate sales methodologies for each product and region in collaboration with the regional sales supervisor.

Coordinating with the regional sales supervisor to identify the challenges faced by the team in each region

Organizing visits to high-value new accounts to enhance personal communication and build strong relationships, in order to understand customer needs and

expectations through direct meetings

Reviewing the details of current contracts with clients to understand the terms, conditions, and renewal deadlines

Managing negotiations with clients to update the terms in line with their current needs and expectations.

Providing regular reports to management on the status of contract renewals and the successful renewal rate

Ensuring that the team has all the necessary resources and tools to achieve the required goals

Organizing regular meetings to review training progress and discuss any challenges faced by the team

Preparing and presenting regular reports on the sales management performance compared to the set goals, and highlighting challenges and areas for improvement within the department

Participating in the recruitment process and selecting the right team members, including preparing job descriptions and conducting interviews.

Setting performance standards based on goals and KPIs

Managing team members’ performance regularly through performance reports, reviewing results, and providing immediate and constructive feedback to improve performance and enhance team efficiency.

Ensuring effective coordination between units (sales unit and accounts management unit) to achieve common goals.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Preferably holding a Certification in Strategy and Leadership Sales

Over 10 years of experience
